When I got home I noticed a LOVELY bouquet on my front porch- it was from my Dad. I almost cried because he's always been bad at remembering dates and events, and now that he doesn't have my Mom to remind him I was preparing myself that he would forget. When he didn't it was the sweetest thing! Natalie also stopped by to drop off a gift and we got to have a nice talk for a while. After getting everything unpacked at home I decided for my feet and back's sake I would rest.
I recieved so many wonderful birthday wishes and they all truley made my day! When Clint got home he gave me a beautiful bouquet of dozen roses and probably the best card EVER! Then he helped Kamryn make me a special cake! I decided by this point that a nice quiet dinner at home with cake to celebrate was more the type of birthday celebration I wanted. 35 weeks preggo and a headache just didn't mix well for going out. So that is what we did!
With Kamryn's birthday May 17 and Madalyn's coming up soon, I just don't have time to think about my own birthday anymore. But that's ok, kids birthdays are more fun anyway; and what I really want to celebrate!
