Mommy's Birthday!
What a day. It was a school day so we got up early. Kamryn came out of her room and brought me a birthday card that she made (with a little help from Daddy)! He came up with a sweet note and put a picture of her on the inside:
My heart melted! I loved the card! But it was off to school where I spent the next 11 hours finishing up our "Passage" project... a 10 foot high structure built entirely of lattice and mason's line- no nails or staples! Our group word is IMMENSITY- and we have to evoke that feeling from the people when they walk through it. We had worked most of the weekend before but still weren't done. I'll have to post pictures of our demenstration that we are doing tomorrow. Anyway needless to say at 8 pm I was exhausted. However Clint's parents wanted to take me out to dinner because Deb left for Vegas today and couldn't do anything this weekend. I picked La Fogata for the relaxing atmosphere and the Margaritas! Clints face was priceless. No more telling her secrets anymore! Here is Kamryn sucking on a lemon...
I know they are bad for her teeth but I can't help but smile when I remember what a craving for lemons I had when I was pregnant! I swear that stuff gets passed on during pregnancy. After dinner I was so tired and couldn't wait to get home. I pretended that I forgot about the cake and balloons Kamryn spilled the beans about. But as soon as we got in the door Kamryn couldn't wait to show me the balloons and play with them! So we posed:
